Mô tả công việc

Perform Level 2 support and assistance to users of SAP.
Uses tools and procedures for managing incidents.
Analyze, characterize, monitor, and resolve problems from users.
Update and create incident resolution records.
Follow up the interfaces and recycle documentation error.
Carry out the administration function (new countries, new companies' implementation, ...).

Yêu cầu

Bachelor/ College's degree in engineering, finance or business.
Experienced in supporting SAP system, experienced in FICO module is an advantage.
Knowledge in financial management (accounting, ordering, billing, budgetary control, financial reporting) and understanding of enterprise business.
Background in ABAP debugging is a plus.
Fluent in French and English.
Motivation, responsiveness, interpersonal, analytical, self-study.
