- Lead and manage CRM & loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
- Own and ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of customer data across CRM systems.
- Analyze customer and sales data to generate insights and support business decision-making.
- Oversee CRM operations, including data management, system updates, and process optimization.
- Manage customer communication and support
trade marketing activities, including POSM planning and inventory control.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Marketing, or related roles, experience in FMCG or Construction Materials industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication in English.
