- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to target customers, including home builders, contractors, and
developers.
- Analyze project requirements and develop product specifications aligned with construction drawings, budgets, and project standards.
- Support the Sales team during the pre-sales stage to increase specification acceptance and sales conversion.
- Prepare and present technical and sales support documents related to product specifications.
- Visit and support project sites, and follow up from design through construction to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Graduated from university in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material specification or pre-sales for construction projects.
- Good teamwork and independent work skills, able to work under high pressure. Willing to travel for business.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
