PURCHASING
• Sourcing/buying materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Follow up the delivery plan and coordinate with the logistics team on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Performing inventory control and reordering supplies and stock as production plan.
• Supplier evaluation control, new suppliers development.
• Manage and store records and documents on purchasing activities according to ISO standards.
• The other tasks assigned by the head of the department.
• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
• Analyze existing purchasing processes for performance.
• Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Manage the purchasing process including the buying, selling and distribution aspects of the company.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
• Focus on Core Value, to meet the purchasing KPI. Monthly KPI presentation to Management.
• Keeping records of vendors and supply chain Non-Disclosure.
• Monitoring and report related commodity LME trend
• Monitoring and managing budgets.
• Other tasks assigned by the General Manager or SCM Manager.
LOGISTICS AND CUSTOM
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services.
• Organizing the distribution and storage of goods.
• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
• Classify HSCODE for import/export goods.
• Create and maintain the network with Customs & Airlines/shipping lines.
• Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
• Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.
• Check labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Control budget of the shipping department.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
• Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies.
• Report to management on activities and issues.
• Update Vietnamese customs rules/law to follow all export/import shipments.
• Manage customs procedures for overseas/domestics import shipments.
• Work with Oversea & domestic FFWs to arrange import/export shipments.
• Attend to custom officer visit.
• Monitoring and managing budgets.
• Other tasks assigned by the General Manager or SCM Manager.
