Mô tả công việc
We are looking for additional Scrum Master for our external projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Develop agile based on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for software development organization
creating necessary standards, tools and best practices in a clearly documented form.
● Manage the activities and people associated with the project as well as the success of that project.
● Participate in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on methodology that has
been developed to create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major
milestones, and manages the agreed project plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within
scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
● Adapt project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout pilot projects to respond
to emerging requirements and risks.
● Assist with development and oversight of programming and testing for projects.
● Ensure projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations.
● Identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes.
● Work directly with Architects, Business Analysts and QA team to manage the technical aspects of a
development project.
● Make sure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
● Release management of how to monitor tickets to ensure product shipped comes with proper usage
planning.
● External meetings with key partners and investors.

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in management positions.
● Multiple years' experience working with an agile methodology during a large scale, complex new
development project for a large enterprise.
● Thorough understanding of software development methodologies, values, and procedures includes: Agile,
Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup.
● Results Driven (Prioritizing, Taking Initiative, Taking Ownership) Team Leadership (Coaching Others, Dealing
with Stress, Demonstrating Teamwork, Influencing Others, Interacting with Others, Maintaining Composure,
Motivating Others, Providing Direction and Leadership).
● Expertise in programming language, .NET, iOS development is a plus.
● Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential.
● Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems.
● Strong analytical skill, very well-organized, problem-solving.
● Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues,
keep team engaged and on task.
● Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same
time.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient English skills.
