JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow the booking matrix and submit the booking to the Carrier; release the SO to the
shipper.
- Follow up with Carriers, shippers, and customers for any changes in shipping schedule, and update the status to related parties.
- Update systems and follow KPI as per the Customer's SOP.
- Implement SOP for new Clients.

- At least 3 years of experience working in Booking with shipping lines.
- Possess experience in handling shipments to the US and EU
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekends, and break days) to finish task assignments.
