Detailed description of tasks and responsibilities:
• Develop pricing strategy to handle quote requests & manage required capacities for GW offices, key account customers & sales team when required.
• Alignment with Sea Freight Manager to drive the performance of a team to reach KPI target.
• Alignment with Regional and Global Product Managers to set up and monitor proper allocation management and cargo flow.
• Weekly update to sales team/CS/KAM with market information.
• Consult market pricing and surcharge tariffs to Sea Freight Manager/BM/Sales team/KAM/Network when required.
• Required to visit clients, engage with GW offices to maintain existing business and develop more volume on new clients.
• Ensure timely response to all inquiries as per KPI target without failure.
• Contribute to tender in conjunction with Sea Freight Manager/KAM/BM when required.
• Ensure proper availability of rates/side conditions and rate administration in rate management systems and databases.
• Manage and update all pricing for Sea team via common spreadsheet in MS teams fully, coordinate with other departments to create the best product to meet client's requirements.
• Support Sea Freight team to secure necessary capacities with liners/core co-loaders pro-actively.
• Build and maintain good relationships with shipping lines, core co-loaders/sub-contractors and develop it effectively.
• Monitor weekly, monthly report which assigned by upper level (One off quote & Procurement Development Report)
• Conduct periodical reviews with the partner companies to understand the forecasts and ad-just the space requirements.
• Other tasks assign by Sea Freight Manager.
Targets:
• Perform excellent services to maintain & develop shipments/volume from other GW offices.
• Increase profitability and cost efficiency.
• Assist HODs to achieve common branch's target.

We are looking for an active, flexible, detail-oriented member with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• At least 03 years experience in sea product.
• Liaise and maintain a good relationship with carriers/co-loaders.
• Commercial Mindset & well organization oriented are a plus.
• Strong verbal/written/listening & communication skills in English.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Hard working, team-work spirit and willing to learn, able to work overtime if required.
• Able to work independently, under high pressure environment, pro-active proposal idea solutions to line manager and discuss to make quick and clear decisions.
