secretary to General Director & admin

Task relating to "Secretary to General Director":
Receive, screen phone calls and redirect them to General Director when it is appropriate.
Handle and organize all correspondence of General Director.
Make travel arrangements for General Director (air ticket booking, transportation, accommodation, etc.) and other arising works when being requested.
Receive, classify, organize, and process documents from departments and submit them to General Director.
Make payment request, cash advance, summarizing of costs in relevant to General Director
Task relating to "Admin":
Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, translating, ordering name card/ envelope/ letterhead/ company profile/ the instructions for use of elevators and escalators, other tasks related to fire prevention, drafting documents/contracts related to administrative works, etc.
Control sanitary stuff and equipment at pantry at Head Office.
Check material facilities, report and propose solutions to upper Managers to fix broken assets at Head Office.
Implement the process of liquidation, control and inventory of assets related to the Head Office.
Support Hanoi Corporate Dept. of HNB to submit documents related to administrative expenses.
Support General Affairs Department to organize company events.
