Plan Marketing events from coordinating for implementation, controlling delivery of tasks, to project budget managing and analyzing the results and the effectiveness of the projects;
Responsible for the high level of service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases.
Create a running order for all events to ensure smooth communications between the team with details such as specific client requests, set up, lighting, sound, seating, floral, transport and other arrangements as needed.
Assist Line Manager in the promotion of all programmes.
Establish and maintain a client database for further direct marketing.
Support other academic, student services, and marketing activities;
Manage and report all the campaigns weekly/monthly to line manager.
Other tasks as per assigned by the Line Manager.
