As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, creating and implementing strategic campaigns, and leading a team of account executives. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and team player.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns
Manage project timelines and budgets
Lead a team of account executives and provide mentorship and guidance
Collaborate with other departments such as creative, media, and production to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
At least 4+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency
Fluent in English
Good communication skills in English
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Excellent project management skills
Leadership experience
