Job Description
Project/Account management:
Support project delivery from briefing, pitching & take responsibility for execution
Work with internal team (creative team & planning team) to develop the best creative solution & strategic plans together
Take a strong part in the management on timing, P&L and client's expectation for each campaign.
Help to identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies including the development of tools, process and reports related to job responsibilities.
Continually explore and test new digital initiatives and tools.
Developing skills in managing sophisticated digital campaigns/programs across Paid, Earned and Owned Media.
Solid understanding of digital metrics.
Financial management:
Maintain agreed project budgets via project management system
Liaise with suppliers to understand billing arrangements
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-year experience in the online/digital/brand agency environment
Experience working on planning and executing 360 projects, including TVC & Traditional advertising, digital/social campaign.
Fluent in written & spoken English
Understanding of communication campaign development, creative ideas, analytics, conversion optimization.
Capable of proposal development & presentation
Excellent client relationship & third party supplier relationship skills
A passion for ensuring the delivery of quality products and services
Hard-working, enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
"Can do" attitude, proactive and forward-thinking
Self-motivated with the ability to go that extra mile
Ability to prioritize workload/tasks, work under pressure & well react, manage crisis
