Mô tả Công việc
a. Quản lý dự án / Project management:
• Đóng vai trò Project Manager trong việc đấu thầu và thực hiện các dự án/chương trình của nhóm. / Acting as Project Manager in biding and execution of the project/program.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận/phòng ban khác: Creative, Planning, Procurement, HR, đặc biệt là Field Operation và Technology&Data để viết proposal, làm route plan và báo giá trong quá trình đấu thầu dự án/Coordinating with Creative, Planning, Procurement, HR and especially Field Operation and Technology&Data departments to prepare proposal, route plan and quotation to bid new project and clients.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan: Creative, Procurement, Production, Field Operation để thực hiện dự án và đảm bảo đem lại kết quả tốt nhất để thỏa mãn yêu cầu của khách hàng. / Coordinating with related departments: Creative, Procurement, Production, Field Operation to deploy the projects and ensure the quality to satisfy client's requirements.
• Báo cáo, cập nhật cho các cấp quản lí, báo cáo triển khai dự án cho khách hàng/Update and report about project execution for line manager and client.
b. Dịch vụ khách hàng / Client services:
• Xây dựng và duy trì các mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng hiện hữu & phát triển khách hàng mới. / Building and maintaining good relationship with current clients and develop new clients
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
Education:
• Graduated from University,
Work experience:
• At least 3 years of working experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Modern Trade or relevant positions in FMCG companies.
• Experience of designing development program and project managing initiatives in multiple markets
Functional skills:
• Manage the day to day relationships with key contacts of Clients
• Understand what the client's overall goals and objectives are through regular discovery meetings and on-site, and the role that different departments and individuals are playing in achieving these
• Manage your own day-to-day workload through the timely and accurate completion of ad-hoc requests and project briefs. Manage the practical application of on-sites liaising with the client(s) for workload/meetings and priorities
• Retail Marketing project management and deployment (Sales, Merchandising, Audit, Activation)
• Brief & follow up with stakeholders (internal & client) to ensure programs and tracking set-up on system, quality of execution and compliance as per guideline.
• Ensure logistical & procurement supports from cross-functions to timely meet speed to market deployment.
• Drive all performance review and corrective actions to meet objectives / targets.
