Position: Senior Account Executive

Working as a Senior Account Executive here means:
You are the bridge and are primarily responsible for ensuring all project activities are carried out as planned between internal departments and customers. In this role, you also have to work closely with suppliers and collaborators. One great thing is that you will have the opportunity to manage a small group (1-2 people) on your team.
So it means that you are good at:
1. Most frequent duties
Analyzing customers' needs and giving advice on the approach to the development of proposals and plans.
Support the pitching process for new projects as assigned, including understanding client briefs, briefing the internal team, and preparing project quotations.
Daily contacts and works closely with clients, suppliers, and support teams throughout the project to ensure that tasks are completed on time and on budget.
Works closely with the back office department (Accountant and Admin) to guarantee all paperwork is completed.
Ensures the client's satisfaction as well as the team's performance by delivering the expected project execution.
Contributes to the team by providing supporting information and data for generating the team's reports to submit to both agencies and clients as required.
Maintain and update campaign effectiveness over time.
Responsible for the performance of a small group (1-2 people) of your team.
2. Occasional duties
Client Service: business trips for maintaining a relationship with the client.
Other tasks assigned by Account Manager/ BOD.
...And you have:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a similar profession.
Language proficiency:
Excellent & professional skills in both English & Vietnamese, proficiency in any other language is a plus.
Working experience:
A minimum of two years in a creative, online, or digital agency setting, ideally in the Account function.
Or a minimum of one year in the same role.
Possess experience in the service industry's marketing.
Possess an understanding of marketing, branding, research, and digital marketing.
Capabilities:
Strong project management skills.
Doing multiple tasks at once.
Effective time management.
Leading a team.
The capacity to contribute to a team while working autonomously.
Dynamic, responsible, and proactive.
Ability to debate and negotiate.
Vigilant and meticulous.
