The Senior Social & Digital
Account Executive is responsible for leading day-to-day client servicing and directly handling core account work across social media and digital campaigns. Unlike the account model at many agencies where the role mainly serves as a coordinator or bridge between teams, this position is expected to work hands-on in planning, content direction, digital Ads, booking coordination, and execution follow-up. The role works closely with internal teams, production partners, media/vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget, and at a strong execution standard.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to IMC planning with a strong focus on social media, digital communication, and digital Ads planning & execution.
Develop proposal ideas, scopes of work, timelines, and cost estimates during pitching and project planning.
Build and present monthly/quarterly plans for social content, content creative direction, digital Ads, booking/KOL activities and relevant campaign deliverables.
Directly handle and coordinate content development, digital asset delivery, booking arrangements, and campaign implementation with relevant internal teams and external partners.
Manage campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring client requests are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and quality-control the implementation of social activities, ad campaigns, video/photoshoot production, booking deliverables, and event-related executions.
Act as the main client contact while also being directly responsible for project planning, execution handling, and quality control-not only relaying information between teams.
Proactively update clients on project progress, risks, timelines, and next actions at every stage.
Coordinate regular reports and performance reports, including digital Ads performance, content effectiveness, booking outputs, and campaign recap.
Support new business conversations by presenting credentials, receiving briefs, clarifying objectives, and identifying suitable solutions.
Support/coordinate small-scale event activations, on-ground brand activities, or event-related deliverables when included in campaign scope.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related studies.
At least 3 years' experience in Agency. Experience in Integrated Marketing Communications is an advantage (advertising, public relations, direct marketing, social media and sales promotion, events...)
Have sound working knowledge of graphics, production and printing/ video and broadcast/ IT and emerging media.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
Strong orientation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
