Act as the main client contact, maintaining long-term relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
Lead event planning and execution, ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay on schedule, and within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, planning) to ensure smooth event delivery.
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects.
Lead and mentor the account team, fostering growth and performance.
Oversee daily team activities, providing guidance and problem-solving.
Prepare reports on account status and project progress.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the event or entertainment industry.
Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
