Mô tả công việc

1. Main duties
- Manage the company's cash flow to comply with accounting principles, laws and regulations and to make financial and internal control reports accurately, timely and appropriately.
- Create and submit the quarterly VAT report and the annual financial report in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards.
- Audit payments, VAT and the process of receiving revenue.
- Review and improve accounting and operational procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures to control the payments and the process of receiving revenue.
- Audit the current assets in the warehouse to control inventories and other valuable assets in cooperation with the personnel in charge of the warehouse work.
- Support other departments in all operations of the store that require the competence of an accountant and numbers.
- Work with the property owners to pay the VAT & personal income tax, and regularly obtain the payment slip and tax declarations.
- Work with the authorities to deal with the matter that occurs occasionally.
2. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all work procedures, company policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind, and instruct internal team members to follow the rules and regulations.
3. Other Duties
- Duties as reported and directed by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu

1. Qualifications and Experience
- College graduate with a major in finance or accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing.
- Accounting experience in consumer-facing retail chain brands is a huge plus.
- Experience as an internal accountant or as an agent or consultant won't matter as long as you have meaningful transferable experience and knowledge from your previous career.
2. Knowledge, skills, and drive.
- A person who can believe in our company's purpose and code of conduct.
- A person who can enjoy uncertainty and who can feel joy helping others in need.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese financial laws including tax laws.
- Fluent English language skills (both written and oral preferred).
- Computer literacy (Excel/Google docs, slides, sheets).
- Strong reporting skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ask "why" questions - analytical thinking.
- Engineering, mathematics and data science background is a large plus.
- A person who doesn't have the willingness to face mistakes for better results as a team isn't suitable. We call it a humble personality which is a must-have quality to be part of the team.
