Mô tả công việc
Under the supervision of the Office Manager and part of Admin/Accounting team
o Admin tasks
· Handle admin process and paperwork for the company
· Monitor office supplies and handle office purchasing
· Facility management
· Handle and support customers with paperwork
· Act as a contact point between customers and the company
o Reception tasks
· Welcome visitors and clients
· Handle vendors and courier services
· Take care of incoming calls, mails, deliveries
· Manage reception area
o Other duties assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu
Education: University degree in admin or related fields
Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in the similar position in international environment
Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese, French is a plus
Skills:
o Experience with Admin tasks
o Customer oriented behavior
o Detail and solution oriented and multi-task
o Good communication skills
o Time management and interpersonal skills
o International mindset
o Honest, autonomous, and well-organized.
