Senior Administrator, Debt Collection (40001240)

Ensure the efficiecy of debt collection based on the balance with the quality of service provided to customers through calling for low-risk customer, complying with regulations/processes, ensure the progress and quality of the assigned work.

II. Professional Responsibilities
1. Implement the strategy of calling customers and related people of the customer to urge the customer to pay the debt :
- Receive customer list, investigate historical records to understand customer, debt and arrange priority list for processing, prioritize the implementation of high-risk customer collection
- Make calls according to the right scenario and strategy, fully record the operation results on the system, ensure to meet the assigned plan.
2. Implement the risk mitigation plan:
- Receive customer requests
- Evaluate and analyze the current status of customers and/or operational status
- Propose suitable risk mitigation plan
- Deploy approved risk mitigation as assigned

III. Perform other related tasks as requested by the Leader

- Professional departments/branches/transaction offices of the debt transferor; - Competent state agencies such as local authorities, police, courts, procuracies, judgment enforcement,... - Other relevant organizations and individuals.

Qualification/Professional: Intermediate degree or higher
Experience: Experience in dealing with customers is preferred
English : According to Company's regulations from time to time
Professional knowledge: Preferably those that have professional knowledge in the field of law, economics, finance and banking.
