Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Air Sales (Logistic, Open for expat, ID 17424, 6000 USD):
Cultivate new business opportunities by approaching prospective clients.
Create and maintain a prospect list to plan future business development.
Collaborate with Air Consolidation operations to identify potential Japanese clients for lightweight cargo.
Assist Air Consolidation operations with general/heavyweight cargo.
Secure and sustain new business.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets for the department.
Enhance sales practices and strategic approaches to accounts.
Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve client issues.
Negotiate selling rates with clients to maximize profits.
Manage and control Profit/Loss for assigned customers.
Represent the company and its policies to clients.
Conduct sales presentations to customers and business communities about the company's products and services.
Support team members when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by leaders.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
Ideal: Excellent English and Japanese language communication skills.
Alternative: Excellent English language communication skills.
Or, Japanese nationality with excellent English communication skills.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the logistics field.
Preferably with experience in a Japanese logistics company
