Mô tả công việc
Team and Role Introduction:
Flashsales - Senior associate will need to have a strong optimization mindset, take ownership of a task from scratch to done - focusing on the supply and demand side of business following company's direction for the channel. This person will need to be able to look into the details, do the detailed work and start the optimization for the whole process and business roadmap.
*** Responsibilities:
Planning (20%):
• Devise campaigns & BAU to acquire and retain customers following campaign target set
• Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of each campaign
Optimizing (30%):
• Brief and be able to persuade categories to follow ideas output to achieve target set: monthly, quarter, EOFY
• Work on subsidy schemes and be able to control/ work within budget set and report any overspend/ maintain regular measurement of the ROI of the campaigns
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results following key metrics set
• Be able to evaluate and optimize the results while proposing new ways of approaching/ optimizing the performance
• Main campaign page (MCP) build and optimizing based on performance tracking
• Keep abreast of current trends and brand businesses
Operation (50%):
• Be a system expert where could deal with detailed tasks including deal hunting, approval and rejection, bug reporting
• Willing to support ad-hoc requests from both management and categories' team

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
• Strong in Excel skills
• Presentation skills. Aesthetic and can-do mindset
• Critical thinking
• Project management and coordination skills. Be able to handle multi-tasks under a fast-changing working environment.
• Fluent in English
• Used to work/ familiar with system to handle tasks• Be able to self-learn and learn quickly under team's guidance
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Ecommerce background
• Commercial knowledge
• Possess leadership skills or willing to lead another one team member
