Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in hands-on coding and development activities, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Exhibit excellent logical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the development process.
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend architecture using .NET technologies.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Create and manage scalable APIs and backend services that meet critical business requirements.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of server-side logic with user-facing elements.
Enhance application performance and scalability through continuous optimization.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in technology to ensure our solutions are always ahead of the curve.

Yêu cầu

Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET backend development
Solid understanding of architectural patterns and best practices.
Independent problem solver with the ability to deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
Strong critical thinking skills and a knack for overcoming complex technical challenges.
Demonstrates a keen interest in continuous learning and adapting to an ever-evolving tech landscape.
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, capable of navigating complex challenges effectively.
Exhibits a strong willingness to learn and embraces the dynamic, innovative culture of a startup environment.
Experience in designing and implementing high availability and scalable systems.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for backend services.
