Mô tả công việc

Lead in formulating and implementing effective marketing plans that are aligned with international brand strategies, to achieve sales and marketing objectives within the agreed A&P budget.
Lead to effectively position the brands by assessing the market characteristics, competition and pricing strategy in order to pursue higher sales turnover and profit margins.
Actively review market conditions, competition and trade partners to provide added value input to build market share, brand awareness and increase sales off-take.
To work closely with the Sales teams for Horeca, Modern Trade and GT channels for effective implementation of promotional programs and product launches
Formulate customer strategies for the Food Service channel working closely with the Sales team and brand principals to build and develop this opportunity
Manage A&P expense & claim to the Principals to meet the agreed A&P budget.
Closely monitor sales demand and customer requirements to ensure optimum stock levels. Manage planning and forecasting for the annual budget and monthly updates. Ensuring smooth supply and delivery from Principals or external suppliers.
Negotiating and managing POSM production, supply & delivery to be on-time and within budget.
Communication with brand Principals and external suppliers (in English).
Responsible for brand P&L targets, Brand image (in agreement with Brand guidelines)
Other tasks as given by Marketing Manager.

Yêu cầu

At least 2 years experience at the same position in FMCG Brand Marketing. Preference given to candidates with MT/Industrial/Horeca marketing experience.
University degree in business, commerce, marketing or other related field.
Good organisational skills with strategic thinking ability and commercial acumen
Good foundations and understanding of marketing and brand management.
Experience in the Industrial channel is preferred
Strong numeracy with good analytical skills, and ability to multi-task
Dynamic and pro-active while also being flexible and patient
Positive attitude, result oriented, innovative
Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a good team player
Good command of English both written & spoken. Proficient with Excel, Word & Powerpoint
