Senior Business Analyst SpecialistCông Ty Cổ Phần BE GROUP

Business Analyst works in collaboration with Head of Food and other team members of food department to monitor performance, give insights as well as support other team members to deliver the KPI. Business Analyst need to work with other stakeholders from other departments to have full picture of food department performance and implement cross-team projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily updates on team dashboards, key performance metrics
- Analyze team performance: sales productivity, merchant productivity, promotion optimization, sales funnel, conversion rate
- Dig in our data and use your analytic skills to identify opportunities and pitch new project ideas
- Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps, own processes end-end and constantly seek to improve them
- Push for and drive the implementation of high potential projects
- Work with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to unblock business challenges
- Play the role of supporting all team members to gather information and turn it into business insights
- Participate in different projects
