Mô tả công việc
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Gather and analyze relevant information, local insights, customer behaviors, and industry trends to provide valuable market intelligence and strategic recommendations to clients.
Stay updated on the latest market developments, regulations, competitive advantages, and direct competitors to guide decision-making processes.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to support strategic decision-making, qualifying data for accuracy and relevance.
Cross-check information to ensure data integrity and reliability and link the research with customer needs to deliver solutions of exceptional quality.
Identify and address challenges related to market entry barriers in different countries.
2. Project Management and Consultancy:
Collaborate with clients to comprehend their market entry objectives, identify pain points, understand customer outcomes, and develop tailored strategies to successfully achieve their goals.
Cross-verify with other departments/business units to collect information and coordinate the provision of services to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with the business development department to develop quotations, including adjustments and redefinition of service scope when needed.
Provide expert guidance and consultancy to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on in-depth market knowledge and analysis.
3. Resource Management:
Implement a structured learning approach within the team, including regular recaps, learning outcomes, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Recommend and provide necessary tools to enhance team productivity, ensuring that the team has access to the latest and most effective resources.
Encourage the adoption of best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Relationship Management (Subcontractors/Prospect):
Proactively engage with partners to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen mutually beneficial ties.
Network and establish connections with partners, associations, and key contacts in highlighted sectors in target countries.
Identify and pursue potential prospects, understanding their business requirements and presenting our solutions effectively.
5. Report Design:
Design visually compelling and insightful reports that effectively communicate complex data and insights.
Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
Ensure reports are aligned with the overall business strategy and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales and marketing.
"Can-do" spirit is a must.
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
High level of autonomy and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Honest, proactive, social, and creative.
Able to travel for business trips.
At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales and marketing.
