Senior Business Finance Manager

A widely recognized global retail brand is seeking a Senior Business Finance Manager to join their Ho Chi Minh City team to manage one of their divisions.
Description
* Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets
* Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, and provide explanations and recommendations to management
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* Proven experience (8+ years) in finance management roles, preferably in FMCG/ Retail industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and concisely
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
