Job objectives:
This position is responsible for creating strategic compensation and benefits packages based on the Movi's budget. It includes salary calculation, payment, cost allocation and others etc. He/she is also expected to support in implementing Total Awards policy.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage and monitor monthly payroll, incentive process.
· Ensure payroll is processed timely & accurately.
· Control annual leave of employees.
· Handle internal and external reports: Personal Income Tax ("PIT") code for employees, PIT (monthly declaration, yearly finalization report), social insurance reports, labor reports, headcount report...
· Manage staff to claim and pay allowances from Social Insurance Department, Insurance Companies.
· Implement other benefits and related payments (SMU, PIT).
· Work with auditors for matters related to C&B function.
· Update company policies in line with new law and strategic of business.
· Manage all employees' labor contracts, termination decisions.
· Maintain employee's records in personnel file.
· Manage employees' personnel data system and filing.
· Manage work permits, residence cards and visas for expats.
· Fixing HR system with C&B team.
· Ad-hoc responsibilities if required.

· Education/Qualification: Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
· Experience using HR software is an advantage (iHRP, HRIS...)
· 3 - 5 years of C&B experience
· Strong Time Management skills
