Senior Chinese Supply Chain Executive

1. Develop logistics and warehousing suppliers, and select the best service providers suitable for the company from a comprehensive comparison of third-party warehousing and logistics service prices, service quality and cooperation of cooperative enterprises.
2. Follow up the third-party warehouse on a daily basis, monitor the accuracy and timeliness of daily sales and outbound orders according to company standards, and communicate and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure optimal distribution and timeliness.
3. Follow up on all local warehouse sales orders and logistics company transportation and distribution store sign-offs, check the sign-off status with the sales business, and be able to respond to discrepancies and propose plans to rectify the warehousing and shipping process or logistics and distribution store sign-in store procedures and standards , follow up the implementation, keep and check the receipt documents.
4. Complete the daily verification and feedback processing of system inventory of both parties (Kingdee and third-party WMS).
5. Follow up on the arrival of goods purchased from third-party warehouses, and verify the quantities with purchasing, warehouses, and third-party logistics companies. And follow up the warehouse to timely ship out the goods and put them on the shelves.
6. Follow up the entire chain of overseas customs declaration and shipment from warehouse picking and standard packaging, logistics to the port, customs declaration of goods, and transportation to overseas for receipt to ensure that the standards are correct.
7. Follow up the daily return processing of all orders, and follow up with the sales business on each store customer or overseas customer to check the shipping differences and return accounting system processing.
8. Assess third-party monthly service indicators, monthly error rate, timely delivery rate, on-time signature rate of agents, and inventory differences.
9. Check monthly third-party warehouse expense bills and logistics company expense bills accurately and on time, and conduct corresponding expense analysis.
10. Conduct regular monthly business trips to the warehouse for inventory, follow up on warehouse inventory operations, defective product management, and cargo storage.
11. Responsible for daily commodity management, estimating product demand based on sales planning and market performance, following up on product orders, formulating return plans, and continuously making adjustments to ensure product availability;
12. Monitor inventory quality, reduce and clean up slow-moving inventory, and meet company expectations;
13. Make weekly and monthly product reports (input, sales and inventory) analysis and reports in each dimension.
仓储物流版块需求:
1、开拓物流及仓储供应商,能从第三方仓储及物流服务价格,合作企业服务质量及配合度综合比对选取适合公司最佳的服务商合作。
2、日常跟进第三方仓库,根据公司标准实施监控日常的销售出库所有订单的完成准确性及时性,并沟通协调仓库运作,确保配送最优化及时效保证。
3、跟进所有当地仓库销售订单及物流商运输配送门店仓的签收情况,与销售业务一起核对签收情况,并能应对存在差异问题提出方案整改仓储出货流程或物流配送门店签收门店流程及标准,跟进实施,保管核对签收单据。
4、完成日常双方(金蝶和第三方WMS)系统库存的核对问题及反馈处理。
5、跟进第三方仓库采购到货,与采购和仓库,第三方物流公司核查数量。并跟进仓库及时出库上架。
6、跟进海外报关出货从仓储拣货标准打包,物流到港,货品报关,及运输到海外签收整个链条的情况,确保标准无误。
7、跟进日常所有订单退货处理,与销售业务跟进各个门店客户或海外客户核对出货差异及退货账务系统处理。
8、考核第三方每月的服务指标,每月的出错率,发货及时率,代理商准时签收率,库存差异。
9、按时准确核对每月第三方仓费用账单,物流公司费用账单,并做相应费用分析。
每月定时出差仓库盘点,跟进仓库库存运作,次品管理,货物存储。
供应链需求计划需求:
1.负责日常商品管理工作,根据销售规划与市场表现,预估产品需求,跟进产品下单,拟定回货计划,持续作出调整,保障产品有货率;
2.监控库存质量,减少并清理滞销库存,达到公司预期;
3.做出产品周报,月报(进.销存)各维度分析与报告。
