Mô tả công việc
Job purpose
- To improve & maintain best service to Clients in terms of logistics, especially importation management.
- To supervise and support team members on routine work to meet target requirements
- To works closely with Supply Chain Manager on problem solving, new plans/ new procedures in terms of importation.
- To maintain smooth cooperation within the team and with Clients/ other departments.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring Importation level by Clients
- Working with Clients or related Departments to finalized on reasonable purchase order.
- Working with Customs Brokers and Clients on problem solving in clearance.
- Handling/ Working with Supply Chain Manager on related-Logistics plans/ projects.
- Coordinating with Warehouse team to ensure the accurate of physical stock vs. importation.
- Making reports/ Analysis related to Inventory, Logistics
- Other tasks as per assignment of line manager/company
Yêu cầu
- University Degree
- Good communication in native language and in English.
- Good computer literacy
- Good in data analysis
- Good background and experience in importation and data analysis
