Key Responsibilities
• Actively participate in leasing activities for Parc Hanoi from pre-leasing through stabilization.
• Proactively source, approach, and follow up with potential tenants through creative and flexible deal- origination methods.
• Adapt leasing approaches based on tenant needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Support negotiations of commercial terms, LOIs, and lease agreements under the guidance of the Leasing Director, with a solution-oriented mindset to close deals.
• Conduct site inspections and project presentations for tenants and agents in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Continuously update market intelligence, including:
o Stacking plans, vacancy status and leasing activities of competing Grade A office buildings in Hanoi and Starlake area
o Target tenant profiles and expansion plans
o Rental benchmarks, incentive structures, and leasing trends
• Prepare regular market updates and leasing reports as required.
Relationship Management & Networking
• Build and continuously expand professional networks with co-lead brokers, tenant representatives, and corporate clients.
• Maintain positive working relationships with external agents and ensure effective information flow.
• Represent the project professionally in meetings, site tours, and industry events.
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Project Management, Investment, Main Contractor and Property Management to ensure smooth leasing execution.
• Support preparation of leasing materials, proposals, and internal approvals.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with internal policies and approved processes.
Yêu cầu
Experience & Background
• 1-5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or commercial real estate (office leasing experience is an advantage).
• Experience with Grade A office projects or brokerage firms is preferred.
• Exposure to new project leasing or pre-leasing phases is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong sales mindset with proactive and result-oriented attitude.
• Good understanding of project and ability to present project value & USP to clients.
• Sense prospective tenants and understand inquiries/prospects thoroughly to effectively deliver attractive offers.
• Professional working attitude, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into leasing actions.
Personal Attributes
• Energetic, motivated, and willing to be hands-on in leasing activities.
• Cooperative team player with the ability to work across functions.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and corporate tenants.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English well.
Skills/Experience:
• 5-7 years of continuous experience in similar role and/or experience in the office/retail real estate sector.
• Ability to meet annual targets and perform well under pressure.
• Advanced skills with MS Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• Willing and able collaborator and good ability to work in teams.
