1. Communication Planning & Execution
● Develop and execute integrated communication plans (online & offline) aligned with brand positioning in a competitive F&B market.
● Coordinate cross-functionally (Ops, Product, Trade MKT) and with partners to ensure timely, effective campaign delivery.
● Lead communication and on-ground execution for concerts, music events, and brand activations with strong brand presence.
● Drive branding and promotional activities with stakeholders, supporting co-marketing, voucher, and partnership campaigns.
2. Content & Social Outreach (Facebook, TikTok, KOL/KOC)
● Plan, produce, and manage engaging social content (especially Facebook & TikTok), ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
● Manage both always-on and campaign content, adapting to F&B products, seasonal moments, and promotions.
● Understand target audience segments and user behaviors to optimize content relevance, engagement, and performance.
● Plan and execute social outreach (KOL/KOC, influencer seeding), with clear tracking to maximize campaign impact.
3. Media Monitoring, Social Listening & Performance
● Monitor and evaluate media performance across channels, working closely with agencies to ensure quality deliverables and timelines.
● Track brand sentiment, customer feedback, and market trends via social listening, continuously optimizing campaigns with data-driven insights.
● Conduct consumer research (quantitative & qualitative), including surveys, focus groups, in-store observation, and digital analytics to deeply understand target audiences and behaviors.
● Stay on top of social trends and Gen Z behaviors in F&B, proactively proposing creative ideas and campaigns to drive engagement and foot traffic.
● Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives.

Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing in F&B/ Retail
● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Thread
v..v..) and digital content trends and proven experience in content creation, especially
for lifestyle or F&B brands.
● Good analytical skills with experience in media tracking and performance evaluation;
Familiar with social listening tools and digital analytics platforms.
● Creative, proactive, and highly adaptable to fast-paced environments; Strong
understanding of Gen Z and youth culture.
● Proficiency in image/video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, AI, CapCut, Canva) is a strong
advantage and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency
