About the role
The People & Change team works with business and HR leaders to solve complex organisational and workforce challenges that enable strategy execution and business transformation.
This role focuses on helping clients address business and organisational challenges through organisation design, business transformation, HR transformation, workforce transformation, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and change management.
Successful candidates will combine strong analytical capability, business acumen and consulting skills to help clients improve organisational effectiveness, workforce performance and transformation outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Client Delivery
• Support the delivery of consulting engagements across organisation design, business transformation, HR transformation, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and change management.
• Conduct research, diagnostics and analysis to identify organisational, workforce and transformation opportunities.
• Develop practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and workshop materials.
Organisation Design & Workforce Transformation
• Support organisation design, operating model and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Analyse organisation structures, governance arrangements, spans and layers, workforce data and role accountabilities.
• Assist in developing organisation frameworks, job architecture and career frameworks.
Business Transformation & HR Transformation
• Support business and HR transformation engagements to improve organisational performance and workforce effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments of operating models, service delivery models, processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to transformation recommendations, implementation plans and value realisation tracking.
Compensation & Benefits
• Support compensation benchmarking, grading, job evaluation and reward programme design.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to inform workforce and reward decisions.
Talent Management & Learning
• Support the development of talent management, succession planning, leadership development and capability-building frameworks.
• Design competency and capability frameworks aligned with business needs.
Change Management
• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, communications and adoption planning.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and support implementation.
Business Development & Practice Development
• Support proposal development, client presentations and business development activities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, market research and practice development initiatives.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Management or another relevant discipline. A master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications in project management, change management, organisational development or human capital are a plus.
• Experience in banking, financial services, FMCG, real estate, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications or other service-oriented sectors is advantageous.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Behavior:
• Senior Consultant: 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Assistant Manager: 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, HR transformation, organisation design, workforce transformation, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning, change management, PMO or transformation office.
• Candidates from management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation office, organisational effectiveness, business planning or human capital consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical organisation and workforce solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Structured thinking, attention to quality and a consulting mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel within Vietnam and Cambodia as required.
