The Senior consultant in Technology Consulting plays a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. The role focuses on researching, designing, and implementing technology-driven solutions to improve corporate management, operational efficiency, and business performance, particularly within ERP and Human Capital Management landscapes.
Responsibilities
• Participate in and lead workstreams within technology consulting engagements, focusing on enterprise management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies (e.g. ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, Automation) to solve complex business and management challenges.
• Design solution architectures and functional designs aligned with client business requirements.
• Engage with global and regional stakeholders in multinational or Global projects. Participate in the global SAP projects with other KPMG firms in other countries.
• Support project planning, delivery management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Prepare high-quality project deliverables, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and presentation materials.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants; review their work and provide constructive feedback.
• Support
business development activities such as proposal preparation, solution demonstrations, and thought leadership contributions.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Technology Consulting, IT Consulting, or similar roles in SAP ERP, SAP Successfactors.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems; knowledge of SAP ERP GTS is a strong advantage.
• Possess knowledge and experience in at least one SAP ERP module: MM, WM, SD, PP, FI/CO or SAP Successfactors. This should be proven by the relevant SAP certificates.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in SAP projects. Experience with modern SAP technologies is a plus.
• Educational background: at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Foreign Trade, or Information Technology. A master's degree is a plus.
• Able to communicate (written and spoken) in English with clients and colleagues across the global KPMG network.
• Prior experience working on Global or multinational projects.
• Strong understanding of how technology can be applied to enterprise management and business transformation.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal), able to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
