ROLE SUMMARY
To serve as the pivotal link between Brand aspirations and on-the-ground execution through management of Performance Survey Team (PST) and portfolio visual awareness.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Shape the Merchandising and Consumer Activation strategy & campaigns (PST, Merchandising, POSM) in alignment with Organizational agenda: Collaborate with Deployment team/region to drive Fit-for-purpose consumer activation plan for each on/off cycle activities. Build long term plan for revamping consumer engagement space.
2) Monitor the deployment of campaigns to ensure appropriate execution standards within regional teams via
business development team networks and Regional Management stakeholders. Evaluate Activation execution/ performance on monthly/quarterly basis/ campaign.
3) Resource allocation & NW budget management to extract value from investment.
4) Agency and Supplier Management: Work closely with agencies to oversee headcount and recruitment plans, as well as effectively manage operational issues related to employment administration (recruitment, salary payment, exit). Manage supplier relationships, including budget tracking, inventory management, and procurement planning for combo items.
5) Team Development: Guide & coach direct team member & junior team members within function. Provide guidance and support to ensure each member thrives in their respective roles.
6) Innovation & Transformation Drive: Actively participate in the origination, evaluation, and implementation of new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth and effectiveness.
• University graduate with solid academic results, preferably in Marketing management
Years of experience:
• Minimum 4-5 year experience in Brand /
Trade Marketing in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
• English & Vietnamese

• Ability to co-ordinate with different internal/external senior stakeholders to drive agenda
• Ability to work and deliver results under high pressure
• Ability to work individually or as a team
• Having knowledge on business process & procedures & market implementation/execution
• Having sound presentation skills
