Senior Content And Digital Marketing

• Develop and manage the content of communication channels for each channel.
• Develop and maintain social marketing communication channel to leverage Lacàph digital channel as part of the overall marketing mix:
- Coordinate with functional members (Media Producer for Youtube/Facebook, HR for Linkedin, ...) for digital media initiatives.
- Maintain current communication channel effectively including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn.
- Be able in optimizing social media ads and other advertising network (GDN,... ) for the best practices
• Fully responsible for managing and operating new websites of Lacàph
- Build social/promotion plan for the website(s)
- Deeply understand about customer insight to build react plan
- Use Customer Relationship Management to increase customer frequency
• Managing all E-commerce platforms: Shopee, Grab Mart, Tiki, Lazada;
• Manage, test and optimize ads creative assets to maintain high action rate of ads viewers;
• Strategically develop social media content strategy to successfully build and strengthen Lacàph story on digital spaces;
