Mô tả công việc
Senior Corporate Sales Executive is in charge of maximizing sales in HORECA of Commercial team. He/She is responsible for the operations of a company's sales force in HORECA, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Developing, planning implementation of strategy and budget planning
Advising and assisting the CSM in HORECA field
Participate in building and implementing business plans: according to total targets and targets for each lines/ products.
Work with CSM to build annual/quarterly product orientation and product development plan in the Vietnamese market.
2. Customer - Partners acquisition & relationship maintenance
New customer screening & acquisition
Maintaining relationship with existing customers
Supporting CSM in developting & maintaining relationship with partners/ architecture and architecture firms.
3. Brand (Product line) management
Analyze and evaluate brand indicators: coverage, brand recognition; brand development potential; The Company's sales commitment in the Vietnamese market.
Support CSM in building business orientation and development orientation for brand in Vietnam, ensuring compatibility with the brand system, supplementing product structure for promoting sales.
4. Operational management
Participate in developing regulations and implementing activities so that system personnel can interact and work with other departments and divisions conveniently and effectively.
5. Other duties as requested by CSM
Yêu cầu
Education:
At least bachelor degree
Major:
Sales, Marketing, PR, Economics, Business Administration,... and related fields
Knowledge:
Possess a minimum of four years of working experience in project and/or customer service, preferably within luxury goods or furniture as well as the network in the industry
Wholesales experiences in Project sales, especially in Real Estate project
Able to accurately forecast sales
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing both in Vietnamese and English
Analysis skill
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deadline
Interpersonal skill
Leadership skill
Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office, Autocad
Problem-solving skill

Experience:
At least 4 years' experience in the same position.
