Main Role: Ensuring the working environment (greeneries, security), ensuring that environmental regulations are complied with by law.
Tasks:
Enviroment:
Participate in establishing internal processes for environmental management including general landscape environment, waste, emissions, waste water and security management.
Work with suppliers to monitor the care and maintenance of trees and design of surrounding landscapes
Work with suppliers to collect, treat, check waste, waste gas and wastewater
Audit:
Participate in risk assessment, internal assessment related to environmental and security management
Plan and participate in the internal evaluation of ISO 14001 system on environmental management
Perform identification and assessment of environmental aspects at the company and propose corrective measures, monitor corrective actions to comply with the requirements of local laws and customers
Security: Coordinate the work of the cleaning and security team
Report:
Control documents and records related to environment and security according to ISO management regulations
Establish action plans for activities and projects related to environment and security based on customer standards, local laws
Perform periodic reports on environmental protection and waste management
Internal Training: Participate in internal training on environmental and security management processes
