Responsibilities:
Analyze data, build dashboards, and support DS team in data analysis for ML/AI model building across Ride Hailing, Food, and Delivery sectors.
Assist in writing weekly and monthly reports.
Be an expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each of our markets and products.
Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and identify targeted areas for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, operations, and marketing to deep dive on core issues and use data to find answers.
Research, develop, implement, and maintain forecasting models and decision making models to improve business operations.
Enjoy working on key projects of BE such as dispatch, pricing, and delivery, dealing with large datasets, and discovering interesting insights while working with a highly skilled ML/AI team, providing valuable learning experiences.
The day-to-day activities:
Define, Measure and Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards.
Being involved in key projects of BE such as dispatch, pricing, and delivery.
Working with large datasets, uncovering many interesting insights.
The team's high proficiency in ML/AI offers great learning opportunities.
Requirements:
University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science or Economics.
4 years relevant work experience in an analytics or insights related role.
Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
Experience with BigQuery, SuperSet or Redash, Python visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
Experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau, Power BI or a similar visualization tool a plus.
Results and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Great work ethic and 'can-do' attitude.
