The Job

• Reporting to the Head of IT Systems and Processes the position will be responsible for development of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform within the organization;
• Responsible for definition, implementation and deployment of predictive data analytics and machine learning models.
• Evaluate and improve existing reporting systems and applications; Implementation of change requests and correction of bugs;
• Be responsible for creation and maintenance of Data Warehouse, data pipelines and ETLs;
• Create and maintain analytical models, tabular models Microsoft SSAS, power cubes for end user access or visualization in standard reports;
• Create appealing end-user visualization and dashboards to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring;
• Monitor data integrity and health of applications and systems as well as security controls and data availability;
• Gather requirements, deliver of functional and technical design specifications; Identify and resolve issues present in the current reports and dashboards;
• Work closely with functional and business units to understand information needs; Provide technical support for business users;
• Collaborate with other technical and functional teams based in Vietnam and abroad to ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks and project developments;
• Supervise and /or mentor junior business intelligence developers to support the organization's growth.

Your Skills and Experience

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experienced in Microsoft BI technologies and reporting solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow and other cloud-based solutions.
• Capable of understanding business requirements from non-technical users and able to transform these requirements into viable technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented, capable of delivering visually appealing end-user reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming, be able to analyze complex SQL Queries, write Stored procedures and Functions.
• Knowledge and/or previous experience working with cloud-based environment such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with developing predictive analytics and machine learning models, deploying the trained models to daily applications and systems.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. C#, Visual Basic, Python, Java, DAX, MDX, etc.)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPivot, Pivot Tables, formulas and functions;
• Familiar with Microsoft collaborative platforms such as SharePoint Online or Microsoft Teams is a plus;
• Fluent, both written and verbally in English;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and organized.
