Mô tả công việc

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Takes main responsibility in managing and developing Mobile Applications (Global Market), including:
Digital Marketing (60%):
Manage & optimize User Acquisition campaigns on multi channels such as Google Ad, Apple Search Ad, Meta Ad, TikTok Ad,...
Research, analyze & optimize ASO on Apple Store & Google Play
Create ideas & brief marketing material (Adcopy, Banner, Video,...)
Work closely with Ads Network's representative to plan and optimize campaigns
Continuously monitor competitor and market changes to adjust user acquisition campaigns accordingly.
Product Management (40%):
Serve as the primary individual responsible for the product's results, including:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and develop innovative product concepts that align with customer demands & stay on track with market trends and competitors.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design, QC, Developer, Data,... to strategize and finalize product development planning & execution. Continuously monitor and supervise the progress and quality of other functional teams.
Oversee and manage the monetization strategy & business outcomes for each product & entire team portfolio
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENT
>02 years working experience (Must Have) in Mobile Application Marketing, or Digital Product Management
Solid experience using related platforms: Google Play, AppStoreConnect, FireBase, Google Ad, Apple Search Ad, MMP, Monetization & Mediation Platform (Admob/Max), Task management Platform (Jira/ Trello/ClickUp,...), Reporting (Looker/BI/Tableau,...) (Must Have)
Show excellency in project & task management.
Have Growth Mindset, sales mind, analytical thinking & problem solving skills
Be data-driven & work well with numerical problem
Proficient in English Communication
