Paid Media (80%):
Monthly planning and setting up campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms to generate orders and acquire customers.
Daily operating and optimizing campaigns across channels to ensure KPIs are met as predefined.
Ensuring all advertising best practices are applied across channels.
Ensuring all linked accounts and channel integrations are well-managed, and effectively implemented across channels.
Participate in and support the Manager in making marketing plan decisions. Contribute ideas and research the development of new methods.
Research customer segments and markets to devise effective marketing plans and campaigns.
Weekly & monthly analyzing metrics, data, signals, insights, and reporting to present connected performance between digital advertising and sales performance.
Data Analytic (20%):
Managing and implementing Data Visualizations on Looker Studio.
Analyzing performances, metrics, and resulting actionable insights to move forward.

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing or other relevant fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
A team player, and an independent worker.
Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
