General Description
Senior Digital Marketing Staff is responsible for the development and successful
implementation of the LMG digital marketing activities. Senior Digital Marketing Staff is
responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day management of LMG Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities Include

Digital Marketing Management
▪ Planning and implementing digital marketing campaign through email, SMS, content,
social channels, and analytics, converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing
pages, and lead generation content
▪ Building and connecting digital platforms (website, fan-page, tracking tools,
advertisement accounts) to deliver best digital experience
▪ Executing the optimal Paid Marketing (SEM, Display Marketing), Paid Social
(Facebook or other popular medias), working as partnerships with local publisher
networks for advertising to drive the assigned products
▪ Implementation and maintenance of multilingual search engine optimization and
discrete campaigns
▪ Conducting events for hot leads and convert down funnel into sales closing.
▪ Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns (KPIs and
ROI)
▪ Regularly monitoring and tracking Digital Marketing channel (Website, Email, ...)
▪ Establishing closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity
turns into customers and continually refine our process to convert customers
▪ To be responsible for supervising and monitoring of digital marketing performance
and rewards of teams and individuals; establish and implement appropriate systems
for the same; and ensure the financial and operational integrity of such systems.
▪ To manage the respective teams in implementing the strategies and plans to achieve
the business goals.
▪ The preparation of monthly/quarterly reports as required by management.
Budget Management
▪ Appropriate and effective management of digital marketing budget allocating on all
paid campaigns.
▪ Effective project management delivering best achievement on projects results and
projects budget.
▪ Assist in maintaining digital marketing team expense records.
Team management

▪ Ensure the company has an effective succession plan for all positions in your areas of
responsibilities.
▪ To perform any other duties from time to time, and/or which may be necessary for
the effective performance of the responsibilities set out above as may be instructed
by the management.
