Mô tả công việc

Design and oversee strategy & execution of digital marketing, especially on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok
Record, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements
Monitor campaign budgets and ensure successful delivery of KPIs
Coordinate with both internal and external creative teams to organize marketing campaigns
Identify the latest trends in digital marketing and test their feasibility
A/B test campaigns for different user segmentations

Yêu cầu công việc

BSc in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relation, or a relevant degree
At least 3+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing or advertising
Preference to candidates with experience in start-ups, investment, and finance industry
Skills:
+ Advanced in using and managing tools: Facebook, Linkedin, SEO, TikTok, HubSpot
+ Ability to create and execute digital marketing campaigns for multiple platforms
+ Managing ad budgets and standard reporting structures
+ Use tools to track and measure the efficiency of digital marketing campaigns
+ Grasp the new trends in digital marketing quickly
A good team works with excellent communication and coordination skills
Perfect English is written and verbal communication skills are a plus
