Job Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing across multiple paid media platforms
Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and achieving KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and revenue growth
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM systems to drive optimization
Experience optimizing full-funnel performance (Acquisition → Conversion → Revenue)
Strong ownership, proactiveness, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Continuous Learner & Industry Aware: Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and platform changes in
digital marketing; prior experience in the education sector or similar service industries is a plus.
Nice to have:
Experience in app marketing or lifecycle-driven products
Experience using CRM data for performance optimization
