Build, operate, and continuously optimize the company's e-commerce ecosystem, including websites, digital channels, online advertising, and customer conversion funnels. This position is responsible for driving online revenue growth through data-driven decision making, website performance optimization, customer journey analysis, conversion rate improvement, and effective management of
digital marketing and e-commerce activities.
2. Key Job Duties/Các nhiệm vụ chính
- Manage and optimize the company e-commerce website, including product pages, checkout flow, payment methods, content, and customer experience.
- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey (Traffic → Landing → Cart → Checkout → Payment → Purchase) to improve conversion rates and online sales performance.
- Manage and monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking systems, and performance dashboards.
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels to maximize ROAS and acquisition efficiency.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and propose UI/UX, content, checkout, and payment improvements based on data analysis and customer behavior insights.
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs, prepare business performance reports, competitor analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Content, Customer Service, and external vendors to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and customer experience.
1. Skills / Kỹ năng:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, website management, customer journey, and CRO
- Proficient in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce analytics tools
- Experienced in digital advertising and Performance Marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Good understanding of UI/UX and customer experience optimization
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
2. Experience: 5-10 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or marketplace management, with proven experience in driving online revenue and managing e-commerce platforms
