1. Monitor day by day sales performance
Perform inventory &sales channelmanagement
Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.
Coordinate with SEM team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
Brief product information and image feedback
Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,...) for smooth running of sales operation
2. Market research
Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching plan.
3. Sales report & analysis
Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
4. Other Tasks:
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager

II. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
University bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
English is must (at least 600 TOEIC).

Market research and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
Project management
Collaboration and interpersonal skills
Data analysis and interpretation
Presentation skills
Experience:
2-3 year experience in a similar role in E-commerce.
