Mô tả công việc
Main Purpose:
As we expand our Ecommerce business, the Key Account Specialist will play a crucial role in driving growth by exploring reseller channel, acquiring new clients, and executing sales and trade initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Expand Potential Resellers (Base on Top reseller list):
• Approach Potential reseller on Ecommerce platforms to connect for cooperation opportunity
• Analysis Reseller type through data on Metric (NMV/month, Assortment, Price& Promotion,)
• Based on data analysis to define SKU and Promotion strategy for each Reseller
2. Build up Current Resellers:
• Take care current reseller to maintain/uplift sale
• Proceed necessary document for Reseller on internal system (Data Reconcile, proceed Orders,)
• Visit /meeting with Reseller to review performance & take action (if needed) to push sales,..
3. Manage Social Commerce:
• Develop and implement social commerce plan on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to drive sales and engagement.
• Collaborate with the agency to create engaging shoppable content, including live-streaming, short videos, and interactive posts.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of social commerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge
• Have ecommerce knowledge, strong business development skills and customer service mindset
Key Competencies
• Process 2-3 years of Ecommerce experience, ideally from Ecommerce platforms
• Have experience in C2C channel is preferred
• Have good business acumen with proven sales abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Be detail-oriented, quick to learn, and capable of thriving under pressure to achieve business targets.
• We are seeking a passionate and energetic salesperson eager to drive our Ecommerce growth alongside the Ecommerce team.
• Have ecommerce knowledge, strong business development skills and customer service mindset
