Senior Electrical Engineer

1. Position Requirements:
• Basic Qualifications:
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar related degree).
- 5-7 years related experience in Electrical systems design.
- Strong knowledge in Electrical (Electrical power reticulation, power, lighting, telephone infrastructure, standby generators, lightning protection system, TV Antenna system, earthing system, security system) for Industrial, building apartment, commercial building,... Undertake checking (quality assurance) of design drawings and calculations
- Producing Electrical design briefs, documents, design reports and specifications prior to the review of Design Managers.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractors and submit all comments to the MEP Engineering Manager.
- Ensure that Company's design procedures and professional standards/rules are applied within their team and ensure compliance with all procedures.
- Liaise with contractors and undertake site inspection duties as required.
- Ensure all the designs are in accordance with local codes and international standards.
• Preferred Qualifications:
- Intimate knowledge of local codes (TCVN, TCXDVN, PCCC, ...) and international building codes.
- Good command of computer skill: Autodesk MEP Revit/ AutoCAD & MS office.
- Familiar with shared data management tools such as SharePoint a plus.
- English both written and spoken communication skills or able to read, understand all technical documents in English.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and work well on several projects at once.
- Ability to work independently with general instructions / guidance from project manager and produce expected results.
