Mô tả công việc
• Oversee and execute the operations of HR function including recruitment, training and compensation as well as benefits
• Oversee and execute the in-house training & development programs for staff, and ensure that training & development needs are identified, and programs initiated
• Implement and develop relevant HR policies & procedures under the guidance of Head of Human Resources.
• Oversee and execute effective Talent Management strategies to align HR talent policies and processes under the guidance of Head of Human Resources
• Ensure that compensation practices are internally equitable, and externally competitive through salary administration policies
• Oversee and execute the annual compensation program update, review job description each year, conduct salary surveys, create a merit pool, analyze compensation, directly implement changes, and monitor employee performance appraisals.
• Foster positive employee relations and effective communication to enhance employee morale and improve efficiency
• Responsible for proactively receiving, searching, learning and complying with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, notice board and electronic notice in every area. This content includes but is not limited to : ISO QMS, OSH, Code of Conduct, Labor Safety, Fire Prevention & Fighting, Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Age : > 35 yrs old
• Degree in HR Management/Economics/Foreign Trade or related field
• 5 - 10 years experience in HR areas
• Professional knowledge of :
o salary system and benefits program
o labor law
o employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training and development, talent management
• Advance skills in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in English; and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines, able to work independently and assume greater responsibility, able to motivate people
• Degree in HR Management/Economics/Foreign Trade or related field
• 5 - 10 years experience in HR areas
