JOB PURPOSE
As a senior expert, this role is responsible for designing strategic frameworks to enhance sales force enablement. It oversees business process optimization, advises on system implementation, mitigates risks, and drives quality improvements. This position plays a pivotal role in elevating the business support function as a strategic growth driver across distribution channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities (1)
'1. Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Coordinate the development of the annual business plan and monitor KPIs against approved targets
- Oversee overall channel performance on a regular basis, with a strong focus on key business drivers
- Analyze sales performance and provide timely recommendations, adjustments, and monthly/quarterly action plans
- Build and implement the initiatives/action plan for achieving the periodic KPI/targets
- Consolidate market intelligence (performance insights, incentive schemes, contests) for regular review and strategic input
- Analyzes feedback from agents, event results, and content engagement to propose strategic improvements
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Compensation scheme & Efficiency Management
- Manage compensation scheme with partners for respective sales model
- Design scheme for new initiatives/plan in collaboration with related parties
- Manage the channel budget and closely track expenses to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Participate in company projects for enhancement and action/initiatives implementation
- Provide insight and data analysis for timely business decision making
Key Accountabilities (3)
3. Functional Leadership & Capability Development
- Represents the function in cross-department strategic projects, particularly those involving technology transformation and customer experience innovation
- Designs mentoring and coaching programs for junior specialists, sharing practical knowledge and project experience
- Supports HR and leadership in building advanced competency frameworks, SOP models, and performance evaluation systems
- Contributes to career path planning for business support professionals, aligning individual growth with organizational goals
