Overview The Prime team in Hanoi advises individual and corporate clients on protection, health, education, retirement and wealth planning. We work in a consultative, relationship-first way, supported by structured training, experienced leaders and a modern office at Lotte Center.
We are looking for Senior Financial Consultants who want to grow a client portfolio of their own and, over time, lead a team.
Role
As an Exchange Pro, you will:
Build and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
Analyze client needs and design financial planning solutions covering life insurance, health protection, education, retirement and wealth accumulation.
Build long-term relationships through consultative advice and high-quality after-sales service.
Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels and personal branding.
Track your pipeline, activity and results against monthly KPIs.
Join professional training programs to keep strengthening your advisory and sales skills.
Work with experienced managers and industry experts to reach personal and team goals.
Mentor new consultants and prepare for leadership roles.
Comply with AIA's policies, professional ethics and applicable regulations.
All About You The ideal candidate:
Holds a Bachelor's degree or above.
Has 2+ years of experience in sales,
business development, banking, finance, insurance, real estate, hospitality, logistics, retail or a related field.
Communicates well in Vietnamese; English is an advantage.
Builds trust easily and is comfortable advising clients on important financial decisions.
Is self-motivated, disciplined and driven by goals.
Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to grow into a leader.
Is genuinely interested in helping clients achieve financial security.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
Business Allowance (based on monthly KPI)
KPI 24 million VND → Business Allowance: 16 million VND
KPI 36 million VND → Business Allowance: 24 million VND
KPI 54 million VND → Business Allowance: 36 million VND
KPI 72 million VND → Business Allowance: 48 million VND
Minimum support of 5 million VND/month during the first three months for qualified candidates.
Performance rewards, on top of commission
Quarterly Bonus: 4%-40%
Annual Bonus: 6%-20%
Ranking Bonus: 5%-15%
KPI Achievement Bonus: 25%
Referral Bonus for recruiting new consultants: 5%-15%
